Cadillac CT4 Gets New Styling Options for the 2024 Model Year

Luxury cars offer plenty of different benefits. Some drivers are looking for premium interior materials and tech features like wireless charging pads that provide added convenience. But there are also less tangible reasons why people choose luxury brands, like the sense of prestige that goes along with a name like Mercedes-Benz or Cadillac. In order to keep their reputations sparkling, these automakers need to deliver vehicles that aren’t just capable and comfortable but unique and stylish as well.

It’s no wonder, then, that the 2024 Cadillac CT4 is bringing a few aesthetic improvements to the table for the new model year. Both the standard CT4 and the sportier CT4 V-Series have new styling options available that allow their drivers to stand out from the crowd. If you’re interested in this luxury sedan and want to know how you can make it match your personal sense of style, then you’ve come to the right place. Let’s dive into the new offerings, from paint colors to limited edition features.

CT4 Overview

The CT4 is a luxury sedan that’s available in a variety of different variations. The standard CT4 features rear-wheel-drive, though all-wheel drive is also available. It comes in three different trim levels. Luxury is the most basic and affordable, Premium Luxury has an enhanced interior with leather seating and more comfort and convenience features, and Sport has performance accents across the exterior, performance tires, performance bolsters on the front seats, and available Brembo performance front brakes.

If the Sport trim doesn’t give you enough thrills, you can upgrade to the truly athletic CT4 V-Series. This performance sedan has a turbocharged engine that delivers up to 325 hp and comes standard with magnetic ride control, Brembo front brakes, and launch control for a dynamic and responsive feel. The CT4 V-Series Blackwing takes things even further with a 472-horsepower Twin-Turbo V6 engine, available manual transmission for extra control, track-tailored chassis and suspension system, and Brembo brakes in the front and back.

There are already style variations between all of the different trims of the CT4 and CT4 V-Series. For instance, the Sport trim features dark exterior accents, and the Blackwing model has exclusive badging. But the new styling features for 2024 give drivers even more ways to customize their vehicle’s appearance and make it their own.

New Exterior Color

Seven of the CT4’s exterior paint color options have been carried over from the 2023 model year. Bright and colorful hues like Radiant Red and Wave Metallic can be fun, but many luxury drivers like to stick to more tasteful shades of black, white, and silver. Even with this limitation, there’s plenty of variety to be had. If you like a greyscale metallic, you can choose between the shiny Argent Silver and the cooler Midnight Steel, which has a hint of blue that adds personality without losing its sense of elegance. Fans of white vehicles can choose between the straightforward Summit White and the more complex Crystal White Tricoat.

For the 2023 model year, drivers who wanted a dark paint color to match their black tie sense of style were limited to Black Raven. Like Summit White, this is a classic, straightforward shade. For the 2024 model year, Black Raven is still available, but a new dark shade has been added to the mix. Midnight Sky Metallic isn’t quite as deep of a black and catches more light while still being a deep shade that pairs well with darker accents and lets the colorful Cadillac logo stand out prominently against it.

Onyx Package

All three appearance packages available on the 2023 CT4 will be rolled over to the 2024 model. Each of these packages affects exterior accents, giving the paint color a different type of material to blend in with or stand out against, allowing you to further customize the look of your car. The Radiant Package features bright and glittering wheels, wheel center caps, lug nuts, and a bright grille that alters the look of the CT4’s face. The Bronze Package features premium touches like bronze wheel center caps and lug nuts, black wheels with bronze accents, and exclusive decals. Both of these packages are unchanged from the previous model year.

The Onyx Package, on the other hand, is getting a new feature. Across all trims, this package features gloss black wheels, a gloss black CT4 nameplate, and black mirror caps. Depending on whether you get the Luxury, Premium Luxury, or Sport model, you may also get a black or gloss black grille, gloss black grille trim, and/or monochrome Cadillac emblems. New for the 2024 model year, all three trims get a black spoiler with the Onyx Package. This new accent includes another dark feature for a cohesive exterior aesthetic and gives the car a more athletic look and feel.

V-Series Exterior Colors

Because of its sportscar dynamics, the CT4’s V-Series model feels at home in a wider range of color options. It can be had in Black Raven, Summit White, or Argent silver, but Radiant Red Tintcoat is better at reflecting its bold performance. For the 2024 model year, the CT4-V is getting four new exterior paint options, all of which are also available on the CT4-V Blackwing. Two of these are limited-edition colors that won’t be around for long. Velocity Red is a brighter shade than Radiant Red, almost bordering on orange. Black Diamond Tricoat can look either deep and dark or brilliantly shiny, depending on the lighting conditions around you.

The other two new options might be more permanent additions to the lineup. Coastal Blue Metallic is a bright blue that would fit in nicely in the beach towns that its name evokes. If you want to stand out from the crowd, then Cyber Yellow Metallic is sure to do the trick, with its sunny hue that picks up the yellow in the Cadillac shield.
V-Series 20th Anniversary

The 2024 model year marks the 20th anniversary of the V-Series, and Cadillac is celebrating the occasion with limited-edition features that make the CT4-V and CT4-V Blackwing unique. While these commemorative markers may not be much of an incentive for casual drivers, they will appeal to collectors and Cadillac enthusiasts who want to celebrate the brand’s history. An anniversary grille header and rocker identification let everyone know that you’re driving a special edition CT4-V or CT4-V Blackwing that’s celebrating a big milestone for the nameplate. On the inside, a unique wake-up animation on the driver information center will remind you every time you go for a drive that you’re behind the wheel of a unique vehicle.

Small Changes Add Up

While the CT4 and CT4-V don’t have any drastic re-designs for the 2024 model year, the new styling choices on top of the already existing customization options add up to a luxury sedan that can be customized to suit a broader range of tastes. The new paint colors include both bright hues and more subdued tones, and additions like anniversary identification and a black spoiler are sure to speak to fans of the Cadillac brand and enthusiasts who appreciate athletic touches. A premium look goes a long way in making a luxury car really feel luxurious, so it makes sense that Cadillac has focused so heavily on appearances when updating the CT4 lineup for the new model year. We look forward to seeing how the automaker continues to enhance the appearance of this stylish sedan in the years to come.
