Alternatively, you can become eligible if you already own or lease five medium-duty trucks or you have a total of 15 vehicles – regardless of type or manufacturer – within your fleet.
Taking Advantage of Small Fleet Options
Maybe leasing or buying five vehicles in 12 months is just outside the scope of your business. What if you have three or four vehicles as part of your fledgling business, but you plan on scaling up in the future? Well, there is a solution for those of you out there as well looking to take advantage of fleet sales for your business.
The GM Fleet Small Fleet segment can award you anywhere between $500 and $1,000 if you’re a member of the Associated Builders & Contractors, Associated General Contractors of America, or the National Association of Home Builders of America. If you work internationally and are part of groups like the National Electrical and Communications Association but have operations Stateside, you will have to go through the parent organization to take advantage of the fleet discounts available for international business owners operating fleets in the United States.
In addition to the GM Small Fleet benefits, you can also talk with participating dealers about fleet sales in your region. There are a number of dealers who are part of the GM Fleet program operating as Business Elite dealers. These are specially trained sales specialists to help you get the best deals and discounts on commercial Chevy vehicles.
Discounts and Allowances on Chevy Fleet Vehicles
There are different discounts, allowances, and deals on various GM vehicles. You could also take advantage of allowances of up to $5,700 on the Express 3500 Cargo and $4,400 on the Express Cutaway.
Nearly every fleet variation of a Chevy is available at a discount, including the highly popular Silverado 1500 series, where the crew cab Work Truck trim could net you an allowance of up to $4,100.
